Simulated Process Color:
Special four color process inks are transparent and do not print on dark garments. Generally a dark shirt design is created using specific opaque spot colors that combine to give a process color look without actually using four color process inks. Art work should be supplied at a minimum of 200 dpi at 100% in RGB format.

The hand of simulated process, although heavier that four color process, is lighter than spot printing because of the use of halftones in the image and the underbase. Simulated process seps can be the most sophisticated and costly of all processes but can yield spectacular results.
